Worldwide Shipping
We usually dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. If you are in a country not listed, please inbox to us for more information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on selected destination. Regular airmail post ranges from 8 to 21 working days depending on the shipping address.
(Normally it will arrive at its destination within 8-14 business days for the Asia zone // and 15-30 business days for others.)
The Couriers
The logistics company selected by the designer. The designer will consider suitability for each festival season and destination country. For countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, the primary logistics service preferred by Yun Express). Upon arrival at the destination country, the parcels will be further delivered by local carriers.
IF Do Not Receive The Parcel
If there are any problems with shipping , please get in touch with your local post office because it is **beyond our control** after we have sent out your product. However please inform us ASAP , we will do our best to solve the problem.
How To Contact The Courier

Please recheck Your Address
The customers have to pay more additional fees if given the wrong address.**Please ensure that you provide the correct address.
Hongkong Address
Please notice we cannot accept SF addresses.
Return Policy
Except for customized and personal hygiene products, or other products unsuitable for resale, buyers may return an order and request for a refund, partially or in full, within 7 days counting from the day after the order arrives at the recipient’s address.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees including the shipping fees of returns.
*An item needs to be returned/refunded or exchanged due to personal reasons (such as the purchasing the wrong size, not being satisfied with the item in general, etc.), designers have the right to require customers to bear all shipping and return shipping fees.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are not allowed in any case ,except if the designer’s product are out of stock.
Refund Policy
A refund will be issued through the original payment method used by the customer.
Product Measurement
As all our products are **handmade** , manual measurement errors within 2-3centimeters are normal.
After you wash, the fabric will **shrink 5-10%**. Depending on several factors such as water temperature, washing method, and spin cycle. Or maybe not even shrink.
Product Color
**Image of the product may vary according to computer or mobile monitor screen settings which may cause the colors of the images to differ , so please consider this carefully before ordering.
